The project for Seico Consultores is the first version of our virtual receptionist E·V·A (Enterprise Virtual Avatar). Artificial intelligence in the form of a virtual avatar allows us to automate customer service in physical spaces and events. We avoid 80% of human contacts, improve user satisfaction and save costs for the company.
We were looking to offer a higher quality of service and thanks to E·V·A we have improved the customer reception experience.
