An anniversary designed to look to the future, not the past
We celebrated our 15th anniversary by taking a step forward: Imascono, a new dimension. The meeting, held at Ibercaja Xplora on September 15th, brought together 200 representatives of the Spanish and especially the Aragonian business community. The premise of the event was clear from the outset: it was not about remembering the journey we had taken, but about discovering together where we were headed.
This is also where our new brand identity takes shape, summed up in a message that gives name to this stage: «Imascono, we accompany you into the future.» This change deepens our value proposition: designing and developing tailored technological solutions for each company. Based on the conviction that technology should speak the language of business, not the other way around. To achieve this, we combine our own agile method with a technological ecosystem structured into five capabilities: AI agents, Digital Twins, Digital Transformation, Data Intelligence, and XR Immersive Experiences, which are activated according to each organization’s digital maturity and accompany us from manual to autonomous operations.

Method, technology and the reveal of Vientos
The technology block was led by Sergio García, CIO of Imascono, and Gabriel Longás, CTO, who explained how we work. We always start from how each company works, its systems, its data, its processes, rather than starting from scratch. We presented our digital maturity model, with its four levels (manual, digital, intelligent, and autonomous). In addition to the three-stage method we apply in each project: understanding the challenge, designing the solution, and supporting its implementation. From there, we reviewed the five capabilities of our technological ecosystem before moving on to the big news of the day: the premiere presentation of Vientos, our new platform AI agents.
Vientos It automates real processes in any company. A task with a known cost in hours and money is chosen, an agent is tasked with executing it, and the team moves from doing the work to overseeing the result. This frees up capacity to dedicate it to what truly drives business growth. It is based on two pillars: a proprietary platform that abstracts all the technical complexity —from data security to budget control in AI— and a human team that sits down with each client to integrate those processes into the platform.
From technology to business: sectors, sales team and a live demo
Leticia Arroyo, Health Division Manager, and Cristina Laiglesia, Head of Sales, then took the stage to bring all of the above to bear in each company and sector. They explained how, thanks to more than 700 projects developed, we do not start from scratch in any case. We already know the challenges that recur in the sectors in which we specialize, and what solutions usually make the most sense in each one. Our message was summed up in a simple idea: everything starts with the challenge of each client, and from there we build the solution. To demonstrate this, Raúl Cendegui, Ana Castillo, Ana Robres and Ramón López, KAMs at Imascono, gave a live demo of the chatbot with a public assistant. Demonstrating in real time that support is available.
The day concluded with a roundtable moderated by David Morillas, COO of Imascono, with representatives from ITA, BTS, Bocause and Alnylam. A roundtable focused on the challenges of business technological transformation. Also participating were Nacho Torre, Director of Strategy and Data at Ibercaja, and Javier Camo, Director General of Internationalization and Foreign Trade and Investment at the Government of Aragon, in addition to the message of congratulations from Jorge Azcón, President of Aragon.
Héctor Paz, CEO and co-founder of Imascono, summed up the spirit of this new stage as follows: «Support, knowledge and technology are what define this new stage of Imascono. It’s not about using more technology, it’s about using the right technology to solve the right challenge». Pedro Lozano, co-founder and Chief Partnership Officer, added: «All this change does not come from a theoretical idea; it comes from what we have been doing together with our clients over these 15 years».
With more than 700 projects developed and 115 million users in 120 countries, we are facing this new stage with a change in focus: we no longer envision the future; we are moving towards it together with our customers.
