PROJECT
Virtual Reality training of your new product preparation process
BRIEF
Every day, Boehringer Ingelheim develops new drugs and pharmaceutical products that require specific training for the laboratory personnel to whom they are sent. The user manuals do not go far enough to put the procedure into practice, and it is unfeasible for the pharmaceutical company to send its trainers to all the countries in which it operates. In addition, in these practical training sessions, a large part of the material is used only for training, increasing the opportunity costs for Boehringer Ingelheim and its customers.
Boehringer Ingelheim contacted us to help them turn these trainings around. They were looking for efficiency, speed, cost and resource savings. They also wanted the training to be practical and motivating for the healthcare professionals. All without wasting pharmaceutical material.
The user manual was turned into a training simulation, where every step became a challenge that helped healthcare professionals internalize procedures in record time.
This also means that Boehringer Ingelheim can provide the training in different parts of the world at the same time, in the language specified by the laboratory, and save money by cutting down on travel and materials used exclusively for training.
