Five sites, a single digital reality
Five Celtiberian sites —Numancia, Uxama, Argaela, Tiermes and Garray— and five different ways of telling the same story. Uneven levels of digitalisation, content scattered across heterogeneous media, outdated signage, no multilingual layer and no common ecosystem for measuring visitor behaviour. Added to the fragmentation were demanding technical constraints: sites with no electricity supply, low-coverage areas and the accessibility, sustainability and GDPR requirements of the NextGenerationEU framework. The challenge wasn't only to deploy technology, but to design an architecture capable of unifying the experience, being managed in a decentralised way and scaling to future sites, so that five isolated places would finally tell a single story.
