Training for safety without exposure to risk.
In sectors where training has real physical consequences —chemicals, flammable materials, logistics operations— theoretical learning isn't enough. Global Spedition faced a structural dilemma: it needed its workers to master very specific preventive protocols for handling hazardous loads, but it couldn't expose them to those risks while learning. Manuals and presentations conveyed the procedure but not the experience. The challenge was to design training that allowed learning by doing, accurately recreated the critical environments of the job and validated the response to real situations, all in a controlled space with no risk to people or assets.
