BRIEF
Shopping malls have become a meeting point that goes beyond simple shopping. They are physical places to connect brands and consumers, where entertainment and unique experiences are becoming increasingly important.
The Gran Casa team, aware of this trend, worked with BamBam Comunicación, Nabegos and Imascono to bring to life the Love Natural Kimchi! experience, an interactive Digital Out Of Home action where jungle animals could interact with visitors thanks to Augmented Reality.
At Imascono we set out with the proposal to give life to the more than 100 square meters and the large format LED screen with an enlarged photocall in which the animals walked among the users, making both children and adults enjoy themselves.
The implementation of Love Natural Kimchi! in Gran Casa transformed the visit to the mall into an interactive adventure. It also encouraged cross-selling, as users had to spend €30 in one of the mall's stores in order to participate in the experience. This phygital fusion increased the time spent by customers in the mall and promoted the diffusion of the experience through social networks, amplifying and strengthening its brand image.
