An AI-powered virtual assistant that guides and assists patients at the new Sanitas hospital, improving care and administrative procedures.
BRIEF
Sanitas, a leading company in the private healthcare sector, faced a challenge: improving the patient experience in its medical centers while optimizing its internal processes. With a firm commitment to innovation, the company sought to digitize and automate part of its in-person care without losing proximity or accessibility.
Sanitas gave us a clear idea: to create an innovative tool that would improve guidance, information, and the management of procedures within the hospital, without overwhelming staff or creating unnecessary delays.
The project aimed to evolve its current chatbot into a more lively and human experience, transforming it into SanIA, an avatar with its own appearance, personality, and knowledge, seeking to reduce waiting times and facilitate orientation within the center.
The solution consists of an interactive totem with an AI-powered virtual assistant that allows users to interact via voice or touchscreen to obtain information, manage appointments, and quickly resolve queries. The accessible, multilingual system is integrated with Sanitas' digital infrastructure, offering a more personalized and efficient experience. In addition to humanizing customer service, it allows real-time data to be obtained, processes to be optimized, and operating costs to be reduced.
This assistant has been designed to be intuitive, agile, and accessible. Upon arriving at the medical center, visitors are greeted by a virtual avatar that provides clear and friendly guidance. Through voice commands and a touchscreen, users can obtain information, manage appointments, and find their way around the center. It offers smooth interaction without waiting times, adapted to all types of users, from the elderly to international patients.
