Training an international workforce.
Today's industrial context is marked by geopolitical uncertainty and pressure on the supply chain: shifts rotate, languages multiply and regulations change faster than the classroom. In that scenario, Grupo Jorge faces the challenge of training 5,000+ people spread across 12 production sites, with 7+ mother tongues coexisting on the plant floor across operators, maintenance and offices, on three shifts and with high turnover. The traditional model —TV, presentation and paper— doesn't speak every language, doesn't travel with the worker beyond the classroom and doesn't allow auditing what is learned at scale.
