An intelligent avatar expert in customer service guest, which offers a new form of service at this luxury rural hotel.

BRIEF

AI arrives in “Aragonese Tuscany” thanks to the five-star Torre del Marqués hotel. The exclusive complex offers its guests the company of Marta, a multilingual AI assistant available 24 hours a day to answer all their questions about hotel services and places to visit in the Teruel area. 

Torre del Marqués wanted to offer guests more personalized service available 24/7, without losing its essence of exclusivity. They were looking for a technological solution that spoke several languages and integrated naturally into the hotel's digital experience. Thus, Marta was born, their digital concierge that provides information about services, allows guests to book activities on the spot, and makes recommendations both at the hotel and in the Teruel area. 

RESULT

Thanks to Marta, the new cdigital concierge of Torre del Marqués has improved guest service, offering continuous, friendly, and multilingual assistance. The virtual assistant optimizes internal operations and increases visitor satisfaction. The hotel thus reinforces its position as a benchmark in rural tourism innovation, providing technology with soul, at the service of luxury. 

The support received from the Secretary of State for Tourism (SEGITUR) through the Ultima Milla program has been key to driving its development and bringing this project to fruition. 

 

The avatar welcomes and accompanies guests throughout their stay via mobile devices (tablet/smartphone). It answers questions about services, gastronomy, wellness, or plans in Matarraña. It speaks several languages and is available at all times, providing a sense of closeness without intruding on guests' relaxation. Its presence improves service efficiency and enriches the experience, acting as a cconcierge digital with a local soul.
