Technology, innovation, street food and good food go hand in hand in the new Nola Smoke establishment. A phygital revolution in the hotel and restaurant sector. The space is digitized from the entrance to the collection of orders, all to offer a unique, differential and fun experience to all burger lovers.
Nola Smoke, one of the city's most famous take away restaurants wanted their first physical space to break away from everything you expect from a burger joint. With that idea in mind our creative team shaped Smoky and the entire technological customer experience of the restaurant.
Smoky is the newest member of the Nola Smoke family. The avatar and virtual "chef" who greets, serves, picks up and delivers orders to customers. In addition, he offers recommendations on Nola Smoke burgers based on your favorite ingredients and specific needs. Thanks to the interactive menu and Artificial Intelligence that helps you know which Nola Smoke burger is perfect for you.
A technological integration that combines holograms, Artificial Intelligence, Webapps, Augmented Reality and motion capture. Different phygital proposals that have a common point: Smoky, the soul of the place.
