Avatar IA brand ambassador for sustainability, transparency and corporate accountability
BRIEF
Progreso, a leader in cement production and sustainable building solutions, is also a pioneer in corporate transparency and sustainability. Each year it produces its flagship sustainability report "We Grew to Create Value" to raise awareness about the use of sustainable materials and to highlight its commitment to local communities in the Latin American countries in which it operates.
The Corporate Social Responsibility team and the consulting firm LLYC set us a double challenge. On the one hand, they wanted to communicate the achievements of their sustainability report in an accessible and interactive way. On the other hand, they wanted to humanize their message to better connect with their audiences, personalizing the answers to all their doubts and questions about the report.
So from Imascono we gave life to Clara, Progreso's sustainability ambassador. An AI avatar that has all the information about Corporate Responsibility of the company. Inspiring trust, promoting transparency and access to information for all stakeholders. From internal collaborators to clients and users in its main markets such as Central America, the Caribbean and Mexico.
Generative AI takes human form to converse with users. Answering questions, giving advice and sharing key information about building sustainable infrastructure, clean energy generation, innovation in agriculture and social impact in communities. All while Clara reinforces Progreso's message: building a sustainable future to improve the quality of life for people and communities.
