BRIEF
DKV Seguros, one of the most important Spanish insurance companies, takes another step forward in its digital evolution by creating a new customer and communication channel. Thus DKVirtual is born, a 3D web space designed to redefine the relationship between insurer and client. Offering a unique onboarding that brings health, wellness and DKV's values closer to new audiences, especially the youngest. With DKVirtualThe insurance company not only communicates, but connects interactively.
The objective was to attract the new generations, who are not very aware of the importance of health, through a gamified experience that also integrates communication, customer service and training in a unique digital environment.
The result was DKVirtual, a digital environment that combines virtual avatars, interactive videos and support chatbots to streamline queries and enhance the customer experience. This 3D web space not only allows you to explore products and services, but also showcases DKV's values and solidarity initiatives in an accessible and entertaining way. DKVirtual places DKV Seguros as a pioneer in the insurance sector, creating a new standard of digital communication.
