BRIEF
Foster's Hollywood, one of the leading hamburger and American food chains in Spain, faced the challenge of transforming waiting into fun. For Halloween, the agency Arroba proposed us to create a 360º video game. Using mobiles, we designed an immersive experience with a terrifying creature and two scary scenarios. Waiting has never been so scary!
The customer experience team entrusted us with the creation of a unique experience for Halloween: a 360º virtual reality video game for cell phones. This initiative surprises customers and reinforces the brand with innovation and entertainment, standing out in the industry with a novel and memorable proposal.
Transforming the waiting time into an innovative experience allowed the chain to position itself as a pioneer in the restaurant industry by combining technology and creativity. The development of an immersive video game not only made the waiting time more enjoyable, but also reinforced the brand image, increasing interaction and standing out for its originality. People interacted more, and the time flew by!
The virtual reality video game provided customers with a thrilling experience during Halloween, facing zombies from their cell phones. This technological immersion transformed the wait into a fun moment, strengthening the emotional connection with the brand.
