BRIEF

La Torre Outlet is one of the most innovative shopping and leisure proposals on the national scene. This Christmas the mall has an extra help: Turrón arrives! A friendly virtual fox with which you can share your best wishes, discover the best Christmas stories, find the best gift for you and share it directly with the North Pole and the Far East. A virtual assistant that combines creativity, entertainment and personalized customer service to make the most of these dates.

La Torre Outlet was looking for a way to transfer the magic of Christmas to the consultations and shopping in the mall. Where the attention to users is personalized with a simple, friendly and nice tool that would appeal to the little ones of the house. Thus was born Turrón, a shopping assistant in the mall that is also a storyteller, a platform for wishes and a generator of Christmas letters for Santa Claus and the Three Wise Men.
