BRIEF

L'Oréal Academy is an innovative training program aimed at influencers to deepen their knowledge of skin care, ensuring that the information they share with their followers is accurate, transparent and backed by science.

L'Oréal seeks to empower and train content creators with educational tools on ingredients, safety, sustainability and innovation in skin care, reinforcing its leadership in the cosmetics sector and commitment to sustainability.

RESULT

The program graduated 50 influencers who, thanks to Virtual Spaces technology, shared their learning from anywhere, reaching more than 10 million views and generating a great impact on social networks. The participants had access to hybrid training and a virtual platform with masterclasses, consolidating their position as leaders in the skincare category.

The experience, enhanced by gamification and the combination of interactive materials, allowed participants to learn in a dynamic and modern way, taking their training to a higher level. Innovation and results within everyone's reach!
