BRIEF

Astún becomes the first smart resort in the Pyrenees. Through Blanca, its virtual assistant, the ski resort sets new standards in the experience of skiers, with a new portal with information about the slopes, services and the snow report, in addition to answering specific questions from users. In this way, it transforms mountain tourism.

Astún wanted to renew the experience of its visitors and position itself as a technological reference in its sector. They sought to offer updated information, continuous attention in several languages and a scalable solution. Thus Blanca was born, a conversational avatar designed to centralize customer service, reduce pressure on traditional channels and accompany the user at all times.

RESULT

Astún - Candanchú becomes the first intelligent ski resort in the Pyrenees. Through Blanca, its virtual assistant, the ski resort sets new standards in the experience of skiers, providing data and information about the slopes, services and the snow report; in addition to responding to specific doubts of users. All this to digitally transform mountain tourism.

Nieves accompanies the skier from planning to après-ski. It provides information about dates, snow reports and other services; guides the skier within the resort; offers real-time data about lifts and slopes, and proposes activities after the day. Its use is natural and conversational, improving the user experience and providing valuable data for Astún to optimize its services each season.
