BRIEF
Iveco is an Italian automotive industrial group with hundreds of thousands of employees, dealers and external personnel managing all types of vehicles. From trucks and buses to vans for business use.
Their Iveco Academy department was looking for a way to facilitate access to the company's training and communications. In addition to having a much closer connection with each of the professionals working around the company. By attending to their doubts and queries as quickly and autonomously as possible.
Together with our engineering team, Iveco brought to life IRIA, its AI-enabled avatar that provides access to all Iveco's internal training and information. Its training, based on the documentation extracted from all departments of the multinational, allows to promote transparency and facilitate access to information for all stakeholders of the company.
Through a login with username and password, Iveco professionals can chat with IRIA and ask any questions or doubts about any area of the company's operations. The internal team manages training and usage analytics, all to seek continuous improvement and the detection of new areas of learning needed.
