Caravan Fragrances, a benchmark in the accessible perfumery sector, takes another step forward in its innovation strategy together with Imascono with the development of an AI avatar. A solution that acts as a commercial and customer service assistant, offering personalized recommendations in real time. Integrated into the physical point of sale through QRsthe avatar becomes the digital representative of Caravan on each shelf.
In order to be actively present at each point of sale and to be able to redefine the positioning of some of its products, Caravan was looking for a tool that would encourage customers to discover new fragrances and explore beyond their usual choices. An accessible solution that would bring added value from the cell phone.. To mantat close communication and aligned with the essence of the brand.
