BRIEF
Artificial Intelligence is transforming and automating all sectors, including the tourism sector. This is the basis of iurban, the start-up and technology integrator, experts in tourism digitization.
On this occasion, iUrban was looking for a way to "put a face" to its GPT. So they contacted us to create Cicerone, the Artificial Intelligence robot and avatar, capable of managing a tourist office and travel agency in 95 languages. Offering personalized recommendations and planning stays based on users' needs and requests.
Cicerone is a revolution in customer service in the tourism sector. It is an autonomous virtual assistant that offers a multilingual and highly personalized service. The service has already been implemented in destinations such as Madrid, Murcia and Ibiza. It allows tourists to access detailed information about routes, activities and local gastronomy in their native language.
In addition, Cicerone provides tourist destinations with valuable data to adjust strategies and offers, while complying with European data protection regulations thanks to the use of Microsoft Azure OpenAI.
